-use dfsfactory from MIKEIO/MIKECORE (pip repository) because MIKE SDK 2022 UPDATE1 does not properly expose the spatial axis properties. as a result, installations of MIKE SDK and pythonnet are no longer needed
-update test data
-include configuration files with both unit damage functions (default for testing) and depth-damage functions
-log files for different building types are no longer appended by replaced after each run (avoid confusion with old results)
